From the designer:

"Here is a new design I have just completed.It is based on the famous Tapped Horn as discussed by Tom Danley.This design offers many advantages in terms of efficiency compared to a reflex but also mainly in its "musicality".

The idea for this box came to me after discovering Tom Danley's MiniTH, I ahve always been impressed by its products.

IN NO WAY is this design a MiniTH copy(I don't even know the internals of the MINITH anyway).This plan is 100% original, based around a specific driver and the design is very close to the MINITH performances.

The inspiration for the design was to make a small enclosure, with a inexpensive, but quality 12" (DIY spirit) able to compete with a 15" reflex.

The enclosure is based on the Precision Device PD.12SB30.Efficiency is 100.5dB 1w/1m in Half-space (2pi), cutoff 52hz at -3dB.

I recommend 15mm seing how small the box is, should make for a very light cabinet adapted to mobile djs, or bigger PA with multiple enclosures..."

I would like make this project... (Sorry for my bad english i'm italian) Could i use this project for outdoor small partyes?? And what is the SPL could it make??
