Models ranging from 2400-3600-4800-6400-8000 power variants. smiley1
Cool...
My main priority, even more than price would be, how efficient are the amps?
E.g, with 4800 Model, on 4 ohm stereo 40hz sine wave testing, with 240V supply, how much total current is drawn from mains, to place 89.443V across each 4 ohm load ?

Hi,
Alpha 4800 is 2X2400W @ 2ohms and 2X1600W @ 4ohms and mains current draw with 60hz sinewave continuous is around 26 amperes on 230VAC. With music signals it never exceeds 15 amperes average. smiley20
Damping factor is 1500 @ 40hz, thanks to triple EF output stage.
regards,
Kanwar

These amps are basically targeted at Asian market because of heavy weight [55kg each]and shipping them to UK is costly effort.
We are developing SMPS version including PFC for Universal mains compatibility i.e. 90-264VAC mains input and less shipping cost.

Are any of these amps in the UK yet? I'd like to know how the 8-10k model compares soundwise to the Void Infinate 8 Mk2.
