mouth looks big, if your using them above the 12's why such a big horn?

the mouth area is not much differant in size to other 6" flares it could be the camera angle. the colour is a base coat (undercoat), They will be sprayedin blue once ive finished them. Size wise they fit nicely in the gap above the 12" on the mt121's. I am looking at hanging the 1" from within the 12"

red line = speech

Its the first time for me. Once i made the mold i gave it one lining of fiberglass then started moulding the shape with fiberglass once i got the shape i wanted, i gave it two more layers of fiberglass. Then a lot of sanding and filling out the bumps and holes etc. Once i was happy with the basic mold it was sprayed with the undercoat. more sanding and the odd bit of filling then another coat of undercoat. For me its been a bit of try and see! and a learning curve.

All i can say is have a go take your time, and be very patient but never rush the job in hand.
