For those of you interested, these are the preliminary results for Cubo Sub, Prototype 1, 2 and 3. MIC =Magnet in chamber, MIH = Magnet in horn.

Hi Bryan, there is actualy a Cubo 12 thread where you may find the answer to your question here
www.freespeakerplans.com/index.p ... 5&start=50
IMO the cubo 12 is a design for a DJ or Band speaker and is not really suitable for a car. But, Mr cubo is very helpful and may be able to steer you in the right direction? smiley20

Hi Cubo,
Can you please post the frequency response of 'Cubo Sub' designs by themselves, (not relative to BR subs). I am interested in your design, but want to know what its actual output vs frequency is.
Thanks very much for your efforts!

Hi Chendy,
I wish I could and will definately realise this someday (work in progress but slowly) but not yet. On the good side: The 18LW1400 in the 175 Ltr reflex tuned to 37 Hz is relatvely flat between 45 and 110 Hz and inbetween 97-98 dN/W/mtr.
@Nicky: Answered via gmail.
@Nikos: Answered via gmail? If not: Yes, in Cubo 18 Extended on higher power levels.
Best regards
Cubo

Hi Cubo,
Thanks for the response.
How come you have the graphs relative to a BR, but not absolute? Can't you just measure them? (I am just interested)
Also what drivers to you recommend for the Cubo Sub? What drivers would you personally use? I want as low a response as possible, but I am not that interested in higher bass response, as I am going to be using them with lots of HD15's - so 30 Hz to 60 Hz is the range of interest for this sub.
Thanks again,
Chendy
