I'd do this for you (along with quite a few other sims i need to do) on hornresp quickly, but my computer's not working. The thread I linked to earlier has the input parameters for the WSX as well as some simulations, and if you're lucky, the sims will be on the thread and you can ignore what i just wrote.

I used the V18-1000 in Cerwin-Vega Earthquakes. They did there jobs but they were asking so much amp power that i traded them in for 18Sound W1000
Got 4 of them running the 18Sound and the sound comes close to the original. Only need also a lot more power than the originals because the original is 600Watt on 4 Ohm.
But they still are less demanding than the voids.

If you look on the sims page, the 18W1000 works quite well in the WSX. Rememember, it is a monster of a horn to build without a workshop or table saw.

No. Just remember the throat detail and you'll be fine.

The 18LW1400 will work but a quick look at the TS params suggest that the 18W1000 is more suited to longer horns like the WSX. Would be very interesting to compare. I'd suggest that they would both sound good, just different.
