Not to hijack but since coner posted that, I feel fine: I've regularly used a CV ab-36 in my dorm room apt.bitcore.org/stuff/Bass/Cerwin_Vega/happy.jpg
It's a really small room, so it sounded awful everywhere but directly infront of it.... which sounds awful on it's own. I had no delay equip back then, so to compensate I just turned it up to my amp's maximum... It felt pretty good, got hammered and stayed up all night playing fatboy slim, chemical brothers and other sh*t during the holidays when 90% of the building would move out for a week.

Ginger, how is that behringer EQ?

eq was alright, sold it on now as its not required. get what you pay for....

and yeah, horn bass needs space, and those CV subs arnt exactly reknowned for quality sound!

my little 8" sub is enough for noise complaints, let alone PA stuff!

the dual 8" t line ive got in my room sounds very pleasant even with cheapish drivers (not much happening below 40 or so though) but its nice to have a scoop hooked up too, just swap an xlr over and your ready for a party (or when the neighbors are at work and im sat around painting)

do it for the love of the music
