Double front baffle might be nice, and also doubled sloped brace from rear wall to large sloped panel.

Also 45% degree brace below the "scoop".

Think consensus is to fill all below scoop with expanding foam, or industrial express hardening, mash potato.

You might want to model the cab in 2PI as well.

Question is, what is the point of designing another scoop?

All of the scoop compatible drivers on the planet will either work in existing small or medium chamber scoops.

1. to learn how scoop works
2. there aren't so much free plan available apart supers, cows (don't know correct me if I'm wrong), classic eminence, polar, hog.
3. have a box created by you, starting from scratch is amazing smiley20

"IMHO"
Would think all of today's scoops, are basically derivative of Eminence, Fane, JBL, with exception of the Superscooper/HOG.

Also, best way to learn how scoop works is to ask experts, like Tony A.S.S/Rog Mogale/Staiper/Mykey for instance. They have all commented in the SP::Scoop forum.

You also find the principles that govern FLH, don't always apply to scoops, especially negative expansion...

After all of my scoop fetishism, I now more enjoy finding amps that really work scoops, more than trying to design them..

this is a good point to find out. I think that negative expansion prevent some reflections inside the horn bent, this is explained in Huygens wavefront construction. Check this figure 5 and 6.
Guys what do you think about it?
