Words cannot explain....... Breathtaking? Overwhelming? I honestly did not expect them to sound as good as they did (last night) People are still taking about it. I finished painting and loading the cabs Friday night. Screw the grills on etc. Gave them a quick test in the workshop to make sure each cab was working ok....and grills werent making noise etc. I haven't played test tones through them, or rta, or pink noise, no 1 watt/ meter, nothing. The paint was still soft when they were on there way to the venue. Scoops were 40- 80hz little boost around 40 on the eq. Didn't really have time to tune anything in either. Standing in front of them was painful. Even upstairs where the dj's were playing from you could feel pressure. The dj's were talking about it all night. Needless to say I am impressed as is everyone else that was there. Can't believe THAT MUCH BASS was coming from 8 scoops off of two cs4080's. I have done parties at this venue for years with tons of double reflex and tons of amps and never had this pressure. I AM SOLD!bee wrote: how do they sound.....

Congratulations. Those things look absolutely wonderful. Wish I was close to come and hear them sing.
