If they are the correct proportions, then so shouldn't have any trouble, Just remember what I said about Frequency versus size of object.

we modified the cab as per sketch. sounds great but i found that the horns sounding kinda out of phase. we had to reverse the bottom one. any reason for that?

Yes, because it was out of phase. Phasing is frequency sensitive and can be altered by mechanical movement. This is why the facility to time align is important.

Ok. and i always though that once all the +'s and -'s are wired together everything was all good. thanks.

Just to make it 100% clear, wiring speakers together is electrical phase, which is different from acoustic phase where you need to get all the pulses starting together from the same position. ( time alignment )
