I could imagine that it is probably possible to model it with a coupler element inbetween each waveguide section and make use of the inner diaphragm area parameter with a negative value, so the inner surface of the coupler will not radiate... but I never tried if it will work
Would be indeed very useful for this circumstance to have such a parameter set for the waveguide or even better the horn element to dispose!

Bee, I just wanted to thank you for re-posting and including some additional info! I realize that was a great deal of effort in itself!
