No pics at the moment, will try to take some when I'm back there later in the week. Will be more impressive in the coming months, got 400 of one style of case to do I think!

For all them riverts i saw an airgun auto feed riverter somewhere. It wasnt that expensive ill try to find link for you........... May help with repetitive strain...........

The only thing that would help with riveting, is if you could avoid pulling the trigger. I suppose you could load the gun and get someone on minimum wage to pull the trigger. Although, thinking about minimum wage, I guess we'd all be pulling the trigger.

Also, we use three lengths of rivets on the cases which would mean having three autofeed guns. Not really practical. What we do is stuff all the holes with rivets then go round and pop them. Quicker than inserting one rivet at a time.

could be more pratical use an autofeed gun 3 times? I mean put all the rivets with lenght A, than change the rivets in the feeder with lenght B, ecc...

Not really because the way you assemble them is to hold the hardware in position while you drill one or two holes and rivet them, so they're held with the minimum number of rivets while you go round and drill all the rest of the holes. Depending on whether you're going just into wood, or into location, or you're doing a catch or a ball corner you have to change rivet lenght. You'd be forever changing the autofeed.
