Pm sent for testing.

What is exactly the error? Normaly if you browse the main
site and have a new pm then a popup will appear.the Inbox located
on the top bar of the forum always remains the same (new message or not).
Also you should receive an email notification.let me know if something is not right.

I have recently had a pop-up showing that I had received a PM from nick OK.

Admin, could you confirm receipt of a PM I sent about steve_b's difficulties logging on please?

Hmm didn't get anything, maybe Adam.
If the user can't log in, has he tried the" lost password" option from the login page?

Yep apparently he tried everything. He wondered if you could delete his old account so that he can register with his old handle. It was steve_b which is Steve Burton. You should have his Email address if you need confirmation.
