Profiles Upgrades

I have upgraded the profiles engine and managed to make it work with our phpbb3 bridge !

New features include:

-Easy PM/quick messages/email

-Easy upload/crop of avatar image

-List of the user's published articles

-User own gallery in profile

-User own videos in profile tab

I have changed the "Quick reply", the previous one was buggy, and lead to many posts being lost.
Keep reporting your bugs.

F.S.P is now hosted in Europe !

Major changes have been done on the server side (Apache, Php, Mysql optimisations), Mainsite backend (updates, Css and.js tweaks) and forum(fresh install and various upgrades), they all result in a drastic improvement in speed and stability: FSP now has a Performance Grade: B (85) compared to F (55) with the oldserver.( Info )

New features:

-Search Engine Friendly urls
-Forum Attachments! (no more "how do I post a picture" and broken links in old pages)

Way hey! No more fatal errors every time I come back to the site after more than a few minutes?

When you post a reply etc it doesn't take you back to the thread by default and when you hit reply and need to login, again it doesn't take you to the page to reply, just to the forum index. Is this a bug? Was the same on the old site.

Yes unfortunaely this bug is directly caused by the Foum/mainsite Bridge and I can't be fixed until the next Jfusion is released ( info ).
Apart from that everything seems to be fine, well AFAIK smiley2

To change your password:

-click in Profile in your user menu (from the main site, the "User Control Panel" you see in the forum is only for forum preferences...)
-then click on Edit (top left corner)
-click on Update your profile
-go to the "Contact info" tab
-change your password
-click on update

I have just activated the board's Attachment feature (I forgot to enable it for registered users) you can now upload pictures with your posts.
Also, you can now search forum posts by using the the Search button located at the top left corner of the Main page
