As for me? Well, my personal view is that a 20/30hz sinewave is actually one of the hardest loads and amp can go through (but who the hell listen's to sinusoidal 30hz ...well....). Void's 30hz test track?
I'm sure there's lots on here who will fill you in on 'bass heavyness' of music. Especially in certain sections of the two forums.

Here are some pics:
Inside the beast:
We compared it to a Lab Gruppen 4000:
The picture of the testing rig #2 didn't work, it was a X1 and 4 HD15 used with the another community top (amazing boxes btw).
My A/B switch box wasn't ready in time so we used the old "speakon swap" method to compare the amps.Music played ranged from rock to dubstep.
Both amps delivered the same amount of power in 8, 4 and 2 ohm, no noticeable difference in volume between them.
I found the Matrix faster/more responsive(damn don't really know how to phrase that in correct english, sorry). The lab sounded heavier (could it be due to more distortion?) on really low notes, but all sub frequencies were here on the Matrix too, yep they DO drop low .
All in all, I will definitely go for the Matrix knowing that the lab is over £ 2K and that the matrix delivered as much power. Also I will playing fast techno and I know that it will be spot on for that.
It's really hard to correctly describe the difference in sound I noticed in the two amps, maybe Csg will be better at explaining it than me.
If you are interrested in hearing the amp get in contact with me I have the amp in London until next week.
Anyway as expected, GREAT AMP ! Thank you Andy
