Hey guys
I'm looking for a ready-made system (ideally web-based!) that allows me to catalogue all assets and track all maintenance (pat tests, inspections, repairs, servicing and cleaning etc.) against each item. Would also be great if it could do bookings too!
A bonus would be a system that can also output a picklist of gear for the gig along with the service history of the specific items that are spec'd (so you can demonstrate the ongoing maintenance of the items when asked at the gig).
Does anyone know of anything that can do any of this?
Web-based would be best as it means I can get access to the data on-demand when needed and also because I use a number of different PCs, not just one.
