Phase

I did this up this morning. It shows how two enclosures interact with different time arrivals. This could include how 2 different subs used close together with different phase response interact so I thought I would post it here.

Is this purely an academic exercise, or do you use different subs next to each other. I would always assume the same subs side by side would always be in phase with each other. We all know that there is an advantage with coupling when this happens, unless one of the speakers is wired out of phase with the other.

Right.
This had to do with another post on that group. Someone could hear their drum monitor in one room and not in another. Couldn't figure out why. I wanted to show how different locations of the monitor could be effecting how he heard the same signal.

was he a 2 headed drummer with a long neck?
