PD186 or XB can't take the power required to make mini scoop louder than 2x18.
And there's only one mini scoop I've heard that could possibly do it.
Load it with PD1850, V18-1000, Turbomax 1200, walk in the park.
To design your own mini scoop, to equal 2x18 in SPL, really needs certain compression ratio.. E.g, negative expansion..
Cue the "uniform horn expansion lobby", who have never heard the King of mini scoops...

flipside, can think of a few people who have mentioned they actually don't like the s'man mini- so yet again, it's "everyman..."
