smiley33 ...I bought some rather old speakers to find them re-fitted with Eminence 15" drivers.
not sure what I actually have but the following strings are printed on the side of the magnets
PE15 - 3008
15904 8 ohm
If anyone can help me identify these, maybe I could use them for a new build project. Also acquired a McKenzie 8ohm 100w looks dual concentric - in an old stage monitor - sure it will come in handy for something

looked at Eminence site again, seems that anything pre -2000 would have been custom made for other companies (prior to their own public ranges), found out a couple of things mainly that it would be from 1992.
I have e-mailed Eminence in the states and now waiting to see if they can supply any params....
A kindly chap at Eminence let me have some info on the drivers that I acquired - as follows:
15904 was a custom designed OEM speaker that we manufactured to one of our customer's specifications. It is an 8 ohm speaker with a 3" voice coil and a 95 oz ceramic magnet. We do not rate OEM designs (that is left up to the customer to test and rate their cabinet or amp), but a conservative thermal power rating based on the voice coil diameter would be about 350 watts.
