Best way to produce a phase plug

Thinking of have a play with a few different designs of mid top, but before i can get to that stage i need to turn or machine afew plugs

How do you guys go about it?

I need to be able to repeat this process if I need 4 cabs

use all your old baffle cutouts, stick em together, and lathe them with a template according to the volume and expansion you need.
