ok managed to get the mouth to 190mm no prob.
Making it 'around the first bend' is constant expansion a must? Haven't draw it out yet, but you can see my 'markers'......

No constant expansion is not necessarily a must, but try to avoid too much negative expansion near the throat.
What has the rear chamber volume changed to now?

How is this folding? Its kinda half emmy scoop/ half jbl style first fold.

Will work out chamber volume now.

area is now 145,371 mm2, if made 630mm wide internal will give me 91.58L

Looks great. Could you take a picture were the whole horn is visible?
If you give me the horn length and mouth area, I can make you a rough sim if you like?

I measured the horn path to be 2.645 M or 104 inches (8",8") That is measuring from where the horn starts at 190mm, to the exit of the horn (where it meets the end of the cab wall) measuring throughout the center (between walls) of the horn.
Mouth area? 889mm (high) 630 (wide,internal)= 560,070 mm2

I would say that requires you find a new space to do the measurement.

Preferably with more than 35m to the nearest object of significant size.
