I made all the moulds and had a fibreglass section. I still have some moulds. Just in case.

correction to the above. When we were flat out with the chinese stuff I had two of the horns tooled up for foam. these were the 7540/570 and the 290DP I used to get get these in 100 at a time. I later went back to fibreglass, which is more suited to small batch production.

No, The only 90 degree horn I did was the TRF570 radial horn. I stopped those when I did the CD horns. The CD hornswere or are 6040 2" 7540/570 1" 7540/470 1". I also still have the mould for the horn in the MX900.

thats sound. Im in no hurry. ive had an offer of some nice jbl flares in boxes(on loan) so will probably get them for time been
