Basically got the above amp today from a venue im revamping the instal for.
The amp seems to work fine and outputs sound. However the Signal, load and Clip lights stay permantly on, even with nothing connected. The clip lights do flicker alittle. So far ive tested it at moderate level and it doesnt sound destorted or wrong.
Inside is actually fairly clean, with no signs of heat damage on components or pcbs. The fans run fine.
Anyone familiar with these amps/problem. is it an easy/cheap fix, or just not worth it.

If the amp is otherwise working it's going to be something in the display circuitry. Not seen one do it but wouldn't have thought it would be too tricky to fix. Think I've got the circuit somewhere....

i had one of these until i replaced it with a matrix
to be fair this one was a pretty good amp, it is one however thats prone to developing certain faults if its lugged around alot. for instance the capacitors can work loose, they need to be modded to flying lead to avoid the issue.
i have circuit diagrams somewhere if you need them, hard to say whats causing that without knowing amp history.. however aside of their complexity, they can be fixed with a little skill and afew tools ..ive had to repair mine once or twice (due to the lugging around issue !).
