True Lightweight Amp performance at 4/8 ohm stereo

Obviously 4 ohm loading on sub, requires higher current draw, typically a weakness of most lightweight amps.

Wondering if lightweights are more likely to achieve closer to rated specs on sub, in 8 ohm?

Would expect decent lightweight to acheive approx 60% of rated power on benched 50hz sine wave test.

Yes, it's a bit of a generalisation...

But few companies put oversized PSUs in lightweight amps..
