Erm looks a bit odd, let's see what real CA9 looks like,

There's nothing wrong with that at all actually.

The design of the CA series has changed a few times over the years. I've worked on some that look like that on the back.

And the price is about right.

From what I've seen, "authentic" CA9s always have front and rear air filters, rear labelling of setup/connection pics.

Can't be bothered searching for the real close chinese copies at the mo...

You must have only ever seen the newer ones then.

The silver serial number logo is also an indication that it's an older model. It's before they offered a Speakon version. When they did that they would have had to redesign the rear panel.

I can't see anything which makes me suspect it's a fake.

Also, I'm sure the Chinese would be more likely to copy the current design rather than the old one!

Would have thought all authentic CA9s have "Professional Power Amplifier" on the front though ?
