Advice on 1U amp for HF

Hi

Has anyone got opinions on Shermann 204a or Matrix Vector 350? What about Shermann and Matrix as brands? Are they good?

I'm looking for a linear amp that'll do 150W+ into 8 ohm for driving a pair of BMS4590 (with passive xover).

The new XT 500 or 800 Matrix amps are excellent for HF.

I've got the 800 in my new system. I won't be changing it.

Thanks guys. The specs check out too. I'll use the 800 model because I'm going to use the passive xover on the BMS and want to compensate for its losses (plus I can hang a 2nd pair off it in the future).

Great choice on a fantastic little amp with plenty of guts for something so small and light. Although only designed for compression drivers, I have used one to power an HZ 4 box rig with 12 inch tops and 18 inch bins, all on its own( HE 300/SB 600). Surprising amount of headroom too, due to the HZ's being all 103db efficient
