New Chinese drivers was created by Genetic Collective

someone told me about some new Chinese drivers bass & mid..maybe high, (not too sure on that one) Apparently are as good as PD's but at fraction of the price??

is this true?...and if so are they worth it and where do i get them??

We need some help here. There are many drivers from China, some completely Chinese, and others designed by someone else and made in China.
