1400w void driver in a hog scoop

I have two 1400w 18" void drivers taken from the stasy x v2 range was wanting to build two hog scoops for them but all plans are to fit a v18-1000 which has a smaller magnet...
Can anyone tell me if I'm biting off more than I can chew as an enthusiastic beginner when it comes to building cabs

Alternative to making the magnet fit inside is it possible to mount the drivers magnet out???

it is possible but your need to mod the hogs

Are you sure they are Stasys X V2 drivers.

As if they are they should have neo magnets and will be 1600 watts.

Sounds awesome, a bigger magnet than void v18-1000 is BIG!

I read a very interesting article with you Rog about carbon cones on the voidaudio.pl/ website (using translate:-)
It sounds very promising, a lot of the void drivers sound interesting, but I guess they're only sold as speaker boxes, which are quite expensive packaging but they do sound awesome:-)
