EMINENCE DELTA 12A PROBLEM

having a problem with one of our drivers....a couple months back we did a sound check and plugged in the eminence 12 and had sound straight away, no problems. 30seconds later it cut off completly, no sound what so ever smiley5 the box was standstill, no cables were toyd with, wasn't the amp or cable. Today we opened up the cab and connected the speaker direct to the amp and still got no sound? what could be wrong with the driver and how would i get it fixed? amp was playing low, clean signal no chance of it blowing the driver. what could it be?

Lead wires good? Corrosion or moisture in the gap?

speaker wire is fine, tested it on another speaker and all is well. definatly the driver. but what i do not know? cant see how it could of blown though. when it cut out all the other speakers were still playing fine. everything in the setup has been tested and is all working.

I meant the wires from the voice coil to the connectors on the driver.

Press down evenly on the cone, not to hard, and if there is a crunching sound or no movement then its the voicecoil.
