Could it be midrange horn for 12"

Hello. 
Maybe you guys can help me out. 

Could this plan be for midrang?

If it is can i used it together with JBL 2397 as highrange?

The design appears to be a mid range cabinet but with probably a medium beam width, both horizontally and vertically, whereas the 2397 has a very wide horizontal dispersion. While theoretically they could be used together, if properly matched and processed, they don't seem to be designed to be the best match.
