Best 30 hertz subwoofer, (plans available )

I'm looking for the top 5 subwoofer plans that reproduce at least 30 hertz.
for example: othorn, th18 ..., others

for P.A and DJ services

For PA and DJ there is no need for anything below 30 Hz imo. So the Othorn is as low as I would go, normally I would look into the Xoc1 TH18, Cubo Sub, SBH, X1 or a reflex.

For reflex I would download WinISD Pro or Hornresp and simulated your driver of choice.
