Hey, anyone got cyclops 18" plans?

hey, im trying to build a lil rig, need some plans for a cyclops, if anyone could send me a pdf or a link of some id be grateful, and if you know anything about how to choose a power amp due to the wattage of the speakers then that would be helpful.
