cubo 18 build pics

Hear is some build pics of the 4 cubo 18 i started building today. They are going to be loaded with pd 1850's. Hoping to have them built by wednesday. Today i cut all panels, made a router jig and routed all panels.

I have built loads of cabs, all but joints. Tried my first rebates on a Cubo 18 recently.
I think all is well whan using decent birch, the stuff I was using wasn't, just some normal.
Shant be rebating again unless it's birch, not good. smiley11

A high rmp router and a top quality cutter is the critical bit........ the trouble with wpb ply and the even cheaper stuff is it splinters rather than cuts.... try cutting it 2mm at a time or less....... birch ply is nice to router, my router is happy cutting birch 4 to 5mm in one pass.....

Splinters, yes, also the damn voids!

the voids, yes you do get alot in the cheaper stuff, thats where expander glue comes in handy.....
