1st pic is of the router template being marked out.
router jig finished
All panels cut to size,
the side panel after being routered to a depth of 5mm
the main back brace
ready to be assembled
drivers and grills ready to be loaded
i will post more detailed pictures tomorrow.......

I have built loads of cabs, all but joints. Tried my first rebates on a Cubo 18 recently.
I think all is well whan using decent birch, the stuff I was using wasn't, just some normal.
Shant be rebating again unless it's birch, not good. smiley11
