Do I WANT another? Oh yes I do!
Anyone with knowledge of one available, please contact me!

I have just reconed and rewired to near original; as far as I can tell.
I will be posting my progress on the rewires and photos in my profile.
Appreciate any and all comments.

So true about building one...
But, I have enough building projects going on!

I guess it comes down to having original matching cabinets.
And the rarity of these cabinets is astounding.
I do believe that they are so good, I have used them for 20 years; that bass players tend to buy, and keep them in they're arsenal. Even if they move on to another system. They know the old reliable is back in the shadows!

So many things have been written about how the new stuff is better, lighter, etc.
But every time I go to that "NEW and BETTER thing"; I am let down. Until you stand in front of a stack of these you really can't appreciate what Electro Voice came up with. Stanley Clarke knew! Yea yea, mic. send a signal to the board, stage volume issues, yada yada yada....even at low volumes....these rule.

As for 'blowing" the mid speakers; I have never had a problem; ever.
It as you all know; correct wattage to the cabs, and driving them correctly!

Thank you for reading....many more to come!
