Some people on Lansingheritage have some, with matching horns. I believe there is a market in Japan for these (especially for big monitors), and a few Japanese guys have made a business out of making acoustic lenses as they are scarce around there. Look great, especially in wood. I've always wanted to make my own lens...

Dave,you need them with the correct oblong-mouth cast horn is the thing you mean,the 2 items together became the 2390 assembly...see photo.
