back section with speakon plate fitted.

back horn section, with brace fitted.

Bottom of cab with handle cutouts.

Top of cab and mouth brace.

What the theory behind all the little holes cut out?

its to help keep an even loading on the driver.

it doesn't need holes

agreed mykey, so many better ways and easier ways to do it. Letterbox throat will sound the same and save hours on the build time....

ali plates arrived today, I had them lazer cut.

perfect fit.

will the ali be the access panel ??

Stainless steel countersunk will be nice

I picked up the stainless counter sink bolts today, and a metal countersink bit.

yes the ali cooling plate is also the driver access hatch....
