I wouldn't bother with that Bruce guy, I think the original speakerplans forum will die a slow but certain death.

I have never ever heard of PM messages being read by other persons, that is really an extreme action.

reading PM's on a forum is a breach of trust that can never be excusable in any circumstance!

I dont think bruce is Rog, I PM'd him once.... didnt sound like him....

Bruce is the developer of the forum software and a friend of the Void guys.

I don't think so - check out the spelling! Rog may design great speakers but he can't spell for toffee!

I read what the guy said. some of us get bits wrong when we write including me, but how do you get 100% wrong. Those guys are digging a hole. Admitting what alex did, showed a lack of foresight. The PM thing is not good. If they really owned up, they would have to admit to being hypocritical. They play down the void and pap thing regarding promoting, but surly they hope for sales by talking about the product and when rog speaks he is selling himself as well as void. I see nothing wrong in this, but they shouldn't pretend that they don't want an advantage out of their forum.
Regarding PM's. Other than trading amongst members, what else goes on, do people talk about the weather. Well I suppose they do because I have on occasions. Anyway, it doesn't matter now does it. The damage is done and those responsible will be feeling a bit miffed, and Alex will be wondering if this episode will affect his sales. I have found in the past, that if you can trust the person, you can trust his product.
